Hello! I’m Rebecca, the curator of Kittie’s Highline Art Space, a role I’ve had the privilege of holding since January 2021. It’s an absolute joy to meet new artists and showcase their incredible work. Every day, I’m learning more about their creative processes and gaining a deeper appreciation for the artistry that enriches our community. My mission is simple: to bring art into every home and share it with every person.

In January 2023, Highline Coffee was sold to Steve and Diane Herman of Kittie’s Cakes, who are proud to expand their presence with a third location in Worthington. We invite you to stop by for a fresh cup of Oneline coffee and indulge in a hand-crafted pastry, delivered daily.

While the owners have changed, the Art Space itself remains a cozy and intimate gallery located inside Kittie’s. We continue to showcase the work of talented artists from central Ohio, supporting local creativity while offering a welcoming environment for all. Whether you’re here for the coffee, the art, or both, we invite you to come visit and experience the beauty of the art in our space.

Central Ohio artist Rebecca Burdock returns to Kittie’s Highline Art Space in Worthington with her new exhibit, “Into the Wild” showing March 4 - April 30, 2025
Pen and ink artist Rebecca Burdock captures the subtle power and grace of animals through intricate line work, highlighting the unique qualities she sees in each creature. Her work goes beyond mere representation, embodying universal traits such as courage, curiosity, wisdom, and loyalty. Through careful attention to fine lines and detail, Burdock invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the deeper relationships between humanity and the animal kingdom.
“My first show, years ago at Highline Coffee, was called The Littlest Zoo,” Burdock explains. “At that time, the coffee shop was much smaller, and so was the gallery wall. It feels like I'm returning to my roots by showing my pen and ink work here again.”
Burdock’s artwork can be discovered throughout central Ohio in several locations. She teaches a watercolor class once a month at Spires Social.
